The occult tradition is not a genre here. It is a library, degrees and lodges, the tarot, the Enochian material, alchemy, talismans, the demonologies, and four centuries of books written deliberately so that most readers would fail to understand them.
Every story in this wing takes that literature at its word: the knowledge is real, it works, and it charges. Nobody stumbles into it. Somebody is always brought in, and there is always a door they were told not to open, and the horror is never that the ritual failed.
The Occult wing is being written from the primary sources rather than around them. Treated as literature and history, no instructions, no invocations, nothing anybody is meant to try.
